This is a portrait of Mrs GOIS wife of the sculptor Edme GOIS.
Genevieve FAVART (born BELLOT ) was a painter of portraits at the end of the XVIIIth century and at the beginning of the XIXth century.
She exhibited at the salon de Paris between 1800 and 1808.
